Sales Terms and delivery conditions

1. Customer orders

Customer orders are only regarded as accepted when confirmed in writing by the seller. With regard to patent and property rights, acceptance, execution of the orders as well as delivery are at buyer's risk and liability. The buyer guarantees that he will not infringe third parties rights by using sent drawings, samples and the like.

2. Delivery times

All delivery dates are approximate dates and without obligation. All compensation claims are excluded. Partial deliveries are permissible. Terms of payment for partial deliveries are applied as defined in (4.) below.

3. Shipment

Shipment will be at the expense and risk of the recipient.

4. Prices and terms of payment

The prices are ex works. The invoice amounts are payable from date of invoice within 14 days less 2% discount or within 30 days net. Invoice amounts for repairs, modifications, maintenances are payable immediately without any deductions. In the event of late payment, interest of 2% above the respective discount rate of our LZB will be charged.

5. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

6. Warranties

For tools that are reconstructed or altered by the customer without our knowledge, any guarantee expires. Our supplied tools have to be inspected and improved by the purchaser immediately after receipt according to his order. Any claims or complaints can only considered within 8 days after receipt of goods.

7. Property right and copyrights

We reserve the property and copyrights for catalogues, brochures, photos, drawings and other documents.

8. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction

Place of payment and delivery for both parties is Stadtoldendorf. Place of jurisdiction is Holzminden.
