Diamond tools according to application areas
Diamond tools according to material bonds
Resin bonds are used in optical applications because of their quick and cool grinding. This bond is ideal for polishing in the final stage of glass processing.
Metallic bonds are used for example in glass processing because they exhibit less wear. This bond is frequently found in profile grinding wheels used to process finished glass.
Galvanic bonds are often used in dental technology (for example ceramic drills).
